Berlin is known for its passionate running culture. The annual Berlin Marathon brings together runners and sports enthusiasts from all over the world. The 42.195 kilometre race through the fascinating streets of Berlin attracts not only athletes but also companies such as Adidas.
This year, Adidas is taking advantage of the advertising opportunities at Berlin Brandenburg Airport and is presenting itself to arriving athletes at all baggage carousels. The company is targeting travellers waiting at the baggage carousels on the XL Landscape surfaces in Terminal 1 and on the screens in the arrivals area of Terminal 2.
The sports company used the unique opportunity at the BER to increase brand awareness and share its enthusiasm for the Berlin Marathon.
